• Sponsor Nine Mile Creek stream bio-monitoring (Hopkins High School)
• Scholarships to Long Lake Conservation Center Camp (fifth graders)
• Scholarships for college students in conservation majors
• Scholarships to school group program at Richardson Nature Center
• Sponsor youth fishing accesses in metropolitan area
• Advocate for reduction and filtration of urban stormwater runoff, invasive species control, and improved resource management in general and in local communities
• Offer workshops on sustainability, rain gardens, conservation
• Water quality monitoring training at area lakes and Minnesota River
