- Promote wetland protection ordinance for municipalities
- Support conservation legislation
- Public meetings on conservation issues
- Implemented the acquisition of the 70 acre Katherine Abbot Girl Scout Camp for a Mahtomedi City Park
- Provide scholarships to student for summer environmental trip
