2003 - 08  Great Lakes Water - Reaffirming our 1983 Resolution

Therefore be it resolved that the Minnesota Division of the Izaak Walton League of America in convention April 26, 2003, at Owatonna, Minnesota reaffirms its 1983 resolution and opposes the diversion of Great Lakes Basin Waters to any place outside the Great Lakes Basin for any reason.
